Ripe pineapple sets the stage — tropical, almost syrupy in its richness — before fresh ginger arrives with a clean, spicy cut that sharpens everything. Star anise weaves through the finish, adding a quiet licorice depth that has no right to work alongside pineapple and absolutely does.

Fermented organic green tea, live kombucha cultures, cane sugar, fresh pineapple, fresh ginger root, star anise. Unpasteurized, artisanally brewed near Josaphat Park, Brussels.
